We opened a reception desk for foreigners in 2009, and international patient cooperation located on the 1st floor of the hospital. We provide one-stop medical service for foreigners, including reservation, consultation, payment, as well as other services. For patients flying in, we provide special services, such as airport pick-up, accommodation reservation, and tourism information. Whenever the hospital is open, there will be an English and a Russian coordinator at the foreign reception desk available for guidance. If you make an appointment, Japanese and Chinese coordinators can also be provided.

Good Gangan hospital provides the western meal service for inpatient. Please be aware that your insurance does not cover this meal.
